Frequently asked questions

  1. Why isn't my promotional price showing on the template I am creating?
When creating a label, the visual editor chooses sample data based on the last product that was added or edited. If that product is not on sale, a promotional price will not display. To update your example product in the visual editor, make an edit to a product that is on sale to so it becomes the last edited product and is referenced in the visual editor:
    • Select Product > List.
    • Choose a product that is on sale and open it.
    • Select Actions > Edit Product.
    • Select Submit.

Go back to your label. This product should now appear as the sample data in your template label.
