How do I email a customer order or a customer quote?
Follow these steps
To email a customer order or a customer quote, follow these steps.
- Select Selling > Customer Orders.
- Select the Blue Arrow next to the customer order number to open it.
- Select Email Quote/Invoice.
- Enter the email address in the Customer email field. If there is an email saved in the customer profile, it will populate here by default. Select Email Invoice.
- You will be returned to the customer order screen where a green flag will confirm the email has been sent.
