How do I make adjustments to loyalty points on customer profiles in the GT Backend?
Follow these steps
To manually adjust loyalty points, follow these steps.
- Select Customers > List.
- Select View Customer.
- From the Points tab, select Manually Add/Remove Points.
The points tab is only visible if the customer has the Accrues Points box checked on the basic information tab of their customer profile.
- Enter the Points to add or Points to remove. Select Submit.
