Where is release terminal at the POS?

Answer

In POS v4, we have removed the release terminal option. If you see the payment transaction in progress spinner and your terminal is locked following these steps:

• Verify that your debit terminal says WELCOME/BONJOUR, and if it doesn’t hit the RED button to clear the transaction from the terminal.
• If the spinner is still visible, completely CLOSE out of the GlobalTill POS program and reopen it.
