How do I enable an alert to let the salesperson know that a phone number or email already exists in the customer list?

Follow these steps

The customer sign up warning is a setting that alerts a salesperson when an email or phone number already exists in the customer list.

To enable the duplicate customer warning, follow these steps.

  1. Access the POS Settings
  2. Select the POS tab.
  3. Select Customer to access additional settings.
  4. Enable Customer Sign Up Warning.
