What should I do if a specific WooCommerce order did not come through to the Customer Orders section in the GT Backend?
If a specific WooCommerce order hasn't come through to the GT Backend, but you are still receiving other WooCommerce orders, you can pull the missing order from the GT UI. Obtain the missing WooCommerce order number, and follow these steps.
- Go to Selling > Customer Orders.
- Select Actions > Pull Order from WooCommerce.
- Enter the WooCommerce order number.
- Select Submit to pull the order from WooCommerce.
