I have a customer that requires a special note about where to deliver on every GlobalTill order. Is there a way to put a permanent note on every order placed by this customer?
You can add the note to the Default shipping instructions field on the customer’s profile. The Default shipping instructions field is located on the Ordering & Portal tab.
The note will appear under Selling > Customer Orders on the Finalize Order screen on every order placed by this customer.
