Why can't I see a new store in the dropdown menu of my multi store user account?



We've added a new location to our organization, but our multi store users don't see the store in their Select a Store dropdown menu. Why?


Users must log out of GlobalTill completely and log back in for new locations to appear in the Select a Store dropdown menu.

  1. Log out, then log back in to your main GlobalTill account.
  2. The new location will be visible in the dropdown menu.

      Heads up

    The user account must have All stores access, or have the new environment added to the Allowed Stores for it to be visible in the dropdown. Speak to your organization's internal IT department if you are unsure.
