Are shipping charges on orders imported from Shopify?

Heads up

The shipping address field must be populated on the Shopify order for the shipping charges to import into GlobalTill.

Are shipping charges or delivery fees on orders imported from Shopify?

Answer

Yes. Select Actions > Price from Shopify from the customer order to populate the order charge with the total_shipping_price_set from Shopify's response.

Heads up

Contact support if the Price from Shopify option is missing from the Actions menu on your customer order screen.
